The client is a global asset management company with over $1 trillion in Assets Under Management (AUM). The global marketing and digital team was on a personalization journey where integrated marketing insights were critical for marketing channel specialists and strategists to monitor campaign performance and strategic initiatives.

Challenge

The client faced two primary challenges:

  1. Lack of integrated data across channels in a business-centric view.
  2. Delayed performance reporting with existing business intelligence tools and PowerPoint reports prepared manually on a quarterly basis.

These limitations hindered the team’s ability to make timely, data-informed tactical changes to their marketing programs.

Solution

Bloom AI engaged with the marketing team to build their KPI framework and implement SynthBI solution. The implementation included the following key features:

  1. Integrated Marketing KPI Framework: Developed in collaboration with the client to provide visibility into channel and program performance.
  2. Metrics Control Tower: Set up an integrated system ingesting data from the client’s data lake and various martech tools (Adobe, GA, Marketo, Salesforce, Sprinklr, etc.) to monitor key metrics.
  3. Personalized Analytical Summaries and Alerts: Configured over 40 analytical summaries (one page automated insights) and alerts, tailored for different roles & topics (CMO, strategist, channels, digital, and regional teams).
  4. Automated Delivery: Analytical summaries automatically delivered to respective teams at set frequencies via email.
  5. Executive Business Intelligence Dashboard: Created a Tableau dashboard providing both executive (drone view) and operational (frontline view) perspectives.
